Winding an alarm clock was a routine gesture, seemingly trivial, a gesture fascinating in its simplicity. Today, more than ever, it seems important to me to reclaim this gesture that reminds us that time is not something to be taken for granted and every second is important.

I made these bronze earrings starting from the knobs of old alarm clocks. The posts are made of silver.
They measure approximately 1 cm in width.
